This is a rental house so there were some items in the house worn in or not functioning like the ice dispenser in the kitchen fridge, the screen door getting stuck going out to the screened-in porch, and a few of the beds being worn and uncomfortable.
All the decor in the house was very cute and beach housey. The kitchen was well stocked and exceeded my expectations for what a rental home would have. There is an ice machine in the first floor wet bar/kitchenette as well as ice makers in each of the fridges which was great for keeping things cold in the cooler and for making drinks. The screened-in porch area was a great nighttime hangout area as it gets buggy at night. Everything was gated around the decks and pool areas.
We had 14 adults stay in the home and 3 young kids/babies. We were looking for a home in the 4x4 area, with views of the ocean, had a pool & hot tub, was pet friendly, and had space from neighbors. "This house worked out great for our group.
